Built by a teen.
Built for teens.
My name is Xavier. I'm 17. I built XPP because the fitness industry forgot about us.

From skinny kid to building a brand.
I was the skinny, shy kid scrolling through fitness content and feeling more confused every day. Conflicting advice. Fake gurus. Programs built for grown men with 10 years of training. Nothing made sense for someone like me.
So I figured it out the hard way. Reading. Training. Failing. Adjusting. I built simple systems for myself and started seeing real changes — not just in my body, but in my confidence, my discipline and my mindset.
I started coaching friends. They got results. They told their friends. And XPP was born — a brand built to give teens and beginners the straight-up truth about fitness and finally help them transform.
That's it. No 10-year story. No fake credentials. Just a kid who put in the work and now helps other kids do the same.
A short timeline.
Stepped into the gym for the first time. I had no real plan — just a drive to learn and show up consistently.
Started taking it seriously. Got disciplined with my training, dialed in my nutrition, and stopped winging it.
Everything clicked. I finally understood training, nutrition and consistency — and genuinely fell in love with the process of becoming better.
Decided to help others the way I wish someone had helped me when I started — that's why XPP exists.
"If a 17-year-old can do it, what's your excuse?"
